Two teenage boys and two men are behind bars after a cannabis crop valued at nearly $2 million was discovered in bushland northwest of Bathurst.
Camouflaged officers from the state’s drug squad stormed a property at Mt Rankin on Thursday morning and discovered more than 800 cannabis plants and 130 harvested plants which produced 60kg of cannabis head.
Two teenage boys and two men, aged 41 and 72, were all refused bail and are due to face Lithgow courts on Friday.
The men, one an Italian national, are facing various drug supply charges following an extensive inquiry.
