TACOMA, Wash. — The first ever emergency license suspension was served to a Washington cannabis grower.
The State Liquor and Cannabis Board issued the suspension for Refined Cannabinoids in Tacoma on Friday, effective for 180 days while the board tries to permanently revoke the license.
The agency says they found a number of violations during a premise check, including full rooms of untagged and unmonitored plants.
The Chief of Enforcement with the agency says traceability is a core component of Washington’s system and essential for license compliance.
