Indianapolis, Ind (24/7 NewsSource) – Another Indiana lawmaker says it’s time for the state to legalize marijuana as medicine.
Republican state Rep Jim Lucas yesterday said more and more voters are telling him that they could be helped by medical marijuana.
Lucas said he’d most like to see the state help veterans who suffer from PTSD by legalizing the drug.
But Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill says he still thinks medical marijuana is the first step toward legalizing recreational pot, and that’s something he doesn’t want to see.
