The cats out of the bag. Canada has finally passed the Cannabis Act, approving sales, growth, and possession of pot. You know what this says about future Canadian music festivals? You don’t need to hide the drug in your socks anymore. Music festivals like Shambhala, Veld, Snowbombing, North by Northeast and many others will allow attendees to freely use the substance. So not much will change aside from festival goers openly using it on festival grounds rather than sneaking it around. We’re not mad about that.
