A Traffic Stop in Carson Country leads to 116 pounds of marijuana being seized. At 11:40 Saturday morning, a DPS Trooper stopped a 2015 F-150 traveling east on I-40 for a traffic violation and discovered multiple vacuumed-sealed packages of marijuana inside a large trash bags in the bed of the truck. 25-year-old Aaron Jones of Los Angeles, California, 25-year-old Tyler Ward of North Las Vegas, Nevada, and 25-year-old Nicholas Brown of Joplin, Missouri were arrested and booked into the Carson County Jail with felony possession of marijuana. The drugs were being transported from Los Angeles, California to Joplin, Missouri and were worth $704,000.
