GREENBURGH – Layton McTavish had quite a marijuana operation at his Hartsdale home, police said.
McTavish is accused of running a marijuana grow house on Ridge Road, where he was arrested on Wednesday, Greenburgh police said.
The 38-year-old had more than a pound of marijuana in the house, including about 17 marijuana plants, other marijuana individually wrapped for sale, and equipment to grow the drug, police said.
An investigation led the town’s detectives, Street Crime Unit, and Drug and Alcohol Task Force to search the house, where McTavish lives with his wife and four children, who are younger than 18, police said.
McTavish was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and was held pending arraignment in Greenburgh Town Court, police said.
