COLUMBUS – The Ohio Board of Pharmacy received 370 applications from businesses that want to sell medical marijuana here.

Those applicants are vying for up to 60 spots, which will be distributed regionally. In Hamilton County, 17 businesses applied for three spots. Applicants include Jimmy Gould, who helped spearhead the failed ballot initiative to legalize medical marijuana in 2015, and the Rev. Damon Lynch III.

The winning bids will be decided in the coming weeks.
