The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after suspects broke into one medical marijuana dispensary and attempted to burglarize another.
According to information from the sheriff’s office, deputies were dispatched to Shepherd Trail shortly after midnight Tuesday when three suspects were seen breaking into Treasure Tree dispensary.
Capt. Ryan Stratman said the suspects stole 14 grams of marijuana from the business.
Around 9:15 a.m. the same day, an employee of Greener Pastures on Pioneer Way said someone tried to break into that business, causing damage to the building.
