NASHVILLE, Tenn.–Metro Nashville Police narcotics detectives conducting a search warrant on Wednesday found pounds of marijuana and mushrooms at an Avalon Drive residence.
According to the arrest affidavits for Emily Grace Dickson and Stephen Herbert, officers searched the 1935 Avalon Drive residence and found 17.5 pounds of marijuana inside a duffel bag. The marijuana was in vacuum sealed bags, as well as in mason jars throughout the home.
Police say they also found 1 pound of THC wax, 5 grams of methamphetamine, 1.5 grams of MDMA, 56 vials of THC “vape” oil, and 13 hits of LSD.
The boyfriend and girlfriend also had 1.5 pounds of psychedelic mushrooms growing in the backyard.
Officers also found a loaded pistol grip shotgun in the bedroom and a Glock in the living room.
Both Dickson and Herbert are facing several charges, including possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of schedule 1 substances.
