This’ll get you royally high.
Meghan Markle’s nephew is hawking a weed strain dubbed “Markle Sparkle,” according to new reports.
Licensed Oregon marijuana farmer Tyler Dooley is growing the special strain “in honor of his aunt,” according to Leafbuyer.com, an online cannabis database.
Dooley, 25, is the son of Markle’s half-brother, Thomas Markle — and while he hasn’t been invited to the May 19 nuptials, he’d still be glad to share a joint with the bride-to-be and her fiancé.
“Meghan grew up in California and I am sure she has an American view on pot,” he told the Daily Mail. “Prince Harry enjoys a good party. I’d be happy to show them around if they ever come out here and educate them on the medicinal benefits of marijuana.”
Dooley’s mom, Tracy — who is Thomas Markle’s ex-wife — has a job selling advertising, and many of her clients are marijuana dispensaries.
“I hope we get a chance to talk to Meghan and Harry about it one day. I’m sure they would be fascinated to see all the great things you can do with pot, once it’s legalized and properly regulated,” she told the Mail.
While weed is still illegal in the UK, Oregon legalized recreational weed in 2015 and was the first state to decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana.
The “Markle Sparkle” is being grown in Grant Pass, Ore., and Northern California but will first be available in the Golden State while Dooley looks for a distributor at home, according to Oregon Live.
The hybrid strain is “uplifting and has been known to create a tingling body sensation,” according to Leafbuyer, and will make you “feel positive, happy and energetic.”
Dooley, his mom and his brother Thomas touched down in London Tuesday, though none of them scored invitations to the ceremony at Windsor Castle.
They’ve been hired by “Good Morning Britain” as special correspondents for the nuptials, TMZ reported.
But ITV, which airs the program, told the Guardian the family wasn’t due to appear on their network.
