Proposed medical marijuana centers need to fill out letter of intent

Those interested in owning a compassionate care center for medical marijuana need to apply.
The Department of Health asks anyone interested in operating a growing facility.
Or a medical marijuana dispensary to submit a letter of intent.
But it’s not cheap.
There’s a non-refundable application fee of five thousand dollars.
The state is looking to register up to two manufacturing facilities.
And eight dispensaries.

Guidelines for the Letter of Intent to Apply can be found here
Questions regarding the Letter of Intent to Apply can be emailed to medmarijuana@nd.gov or via phone at 701.328.1311.
