ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC-TV) – A Rochester man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop on I-390 in Livingston County.
On Nov. 24, a deputy stopped 38-year-old Jamie Smith for a vehicle and traffic law violation. During the initial investigation, the deputy discovered Smith was in possession of marijuana.
It was later discovered that he was also in possession of seven bags of crack cocaine.
Smith was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal obsession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Smith was arraigned and remanded to Livingston County Jail on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
