Bismarck, ND – The North Dakota Department of Health has released a new set of rules to regulate the medical marijuana industry.
It needs to be approved by a legislative committee. The rules include the application process for a registry card, the disposal of medical marijuana and the ban of pesticides on the crop.

You can weigh in during a set of public hearings around the state from December 11th through the 14th. The Department of Health expects to file all required information no later than February first. Then it will present the rules to the legislative committee in March.
If they are approved, the earliest they could be finalized is April 1st.
