ARLINGTON, Tenn. (WZTV) — Police say a Tennessee mom had sex with her son’s friend and gave them both weed and alcohol.
Melissa Lumpkin, of Arlington, is facing a statutory rape charge for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old teenager, according to FOX 13 Memphis.
According to a police affidavit, after a football game, Lumpkin is also accused of giving the teen she had sex with and three other boys alcohol and weed, which she drank and smoked with them.
When the other boys went out to smoke, Lumpkin and the teen apparently started kissing after the 15-year-old started touching her.
Police were told the teen waited a couple hours for his friends to fall asleep, then had consensual sex with his friend’s mom. The 15 year old then told some friends the next day what had happened, one of whom told their father, who alerted the teen’s family.
Lumpkin was arrested Thursday and booked in Jail.
