Those interested in learning more about native plants are invited to Moraine State Park this coming weekend for a hike along Lake Arthur.
On Sat., March 24, participants will meet with park staff for a walk along the Sunken Garden Trail on the South Shore. During the hike, participants will learn about native plants and how to bring the beauty of nature to one’s home.
Saturday’s hike will begin at 1pm and continue until approximately 3pm. Participants are asked to dress for the weather, and to meet at the South Shore park office on Pleasant Valley Road in Portersville.
