Luann de Lesseps was supposedly spotted smoking weed after an event last week, according to Page Six.
Luann de Lesseps is currently waiting to hear the outcome of her arrest that took place last Christmas in Florida. Luann had gone back to Palm Springs where she got married to Thomas D’Agostino, but she lost control since it was the first time she had gone back. Luann revealed she was emotional, but the judge didn’t seem to care. She had insulted an officer and had threatened to kill the arresting officer.
The Real Housewives of New York star sought treatment a few days later, revealing she had a serious problem. But it sounds like the trouble is far from over. While the details aren’t known about Luann’s current situation, it’s possible that drug use isn’t allowed. However, Page Six recently reported that Luann had been hanging out with friends at Public Arts in New York, where she attended MCM Worldwide’s Tribeca Film Festival party. It was here she was spotted smoking weed.

This is something she hasn’t discussed on the show, but it’s possible she’s using the weed for medicinal purposes. However, since she hasn’t said anything to her followers about it, it’s possible she was just trying to let loose and experiment with drugs.
It’s interesting that Luann de Lesseps would smoke pot in the streets of New York given she’s facing a possible jail sentence. Maybe she doesn’t think that it applies to her and that she will be granted community service instead of jail time because of her fame. But it’s possible the judge wants to make an example of her, sentencing her to a full sentence. Given she threatened an officer and tried to escape custody, she is looking at 10 years behind bars.
