South Dakotan found with marijuana pipe

GRANITE—The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department reported the arrest of Devin Johnson, 18, Tea, SD, about 1:10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 14, for possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor, following an investigation of a vehicle parked in the parking lot of Gitchie Manitou State Park near Granite.
